We are delighted to have for sale this lovely 2011 Auto-Trail Tracker EKS, this 4 berth, low profile, coach built motorhome is based on the Fiat Ducato chassis and has a powerful 2300CC diesel engine putting out 130BHP and coupled to a 6 speed manual gearbox.
Only 3500KG so can be driven on a standard licence with no restrictions and with its compact size of just 6.39 metres parking it should be no problem.
Over the front cab there is a large double that folds up out of the way while travelling, and is easily accessed as required by the use of a ladder and if not used as a bedroom is an ideal area for extra storage.
As you enter the motorhome through the door towards the rear of the van, immediately on your right is the kitchen area which consists of a 4 ring black enamel hob, 3 gas burners and one 240v hot plate that can be used when plugged into the mains on site. Below this is a full size oven and grill, sink in brushed metal finish & chrome mixer tap, just to the left of the Habitation door is a Thetford 3 way fridge with freezer that will run on 12v, 240v or gas giving you the option using mains electric or wild camping. In the roof a two way fan that can be used as an extractor whilst cooking, or a fan if too hot.
The washroom alongside the kitchen consists of a Thetford fresh water flush toilet with a swivel top and electric flush, there is a white vanity sink with chrome mixer tap with built in cupboard, and a separate shower cubicle with folding perspex doors.
The front lounge area consist or two large opposing sofas with a fold away table that stows in a cupboard while not in use, the cab seats rotate to join this area as required so you could easily seat a family/friends around at mealtimes etc. This area pulls together at night to make a spacious double bed or can be used as 2 singles as required.
The van is fitted with blinds and fly screens to all windows, fly screen to main habitation door and Remis blinds to the cab windows and all your hot water and heating needs are powered by gas & electric depending on whether you are on site with mains hook-up or not.
